Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanged products once they are shipped as we are not able to restock the items. Please double-check your sizes and product options before you check out. 


When will I receive my order? 

Orders take 3-5 days to process before they are shipped unless otherwise stated on the product page or if the product is a Pre-Order. Pre-Order items will have an estimated shipping date provided and updates via email. 


I made a mistake on my order, can I change it? 

If you want to update your order (size, color, address information) BEFORE your order ships, we will adjust your order to correct the details if contacted immediately. Please contact MegTurneyStore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the update you would like to make to your order. These changes will only be accepted if they are received BEFORE the order is shipped, we do not accept returns or refunds once the orders are out for delivery. 


What are your size options? 


We do our best to find garments with an extended range of sizes, however some products may be limited. A majority of our merch sizes include Small up to 3XL, as well as options that go up to 6XL. Please refer to the size charts on the product pages to find the best fit. 


My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to control how packages are handled or delivered once they are shipped out. Please contact the postal service or post office to make an inquiry about your package. 


What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives damaged please take a photo of the product and packaging and email support at MegTurneyStore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage.
